John is particularly adept at navigating state licensure processes and Joint Commission accreditation, providing clients with invaluable insights for securing and maintaining critical credentials.
Andrew O’Neill is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to substance use treatment. With a wealth of experience in leadership, operational and compliance roles, he has dedicated multiple years to making a positive impact in the field. Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Worcester State and is currently pursuing an MBA at Suffolk University, further enhancing his knowledge and skills in the healthcare and management sectors.
Catherine Rawson has gained dynamic experience working in various capacities at behavioral health organizations since 2011. In her Human Resources career, Catherine has successfully navigated the launching of new facilities, employee onboarding and offboarding, drafting of HR policy and procedure, multi-state licensing and compliance, and national accreditation surveys. Catherine holds an associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification and is currently pursuing higher level credentials.
Marissa is a seasoned Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, with a rich background in mental health and substance abuse treatment. Her expertise spans clinical compliance, proficient use of Electronic Medical Records, and navigating the complexities of facility licensure for mental health and substance use services. Marissa excels in guiding facilities through the Joint Commission Accreditation process, ensuring they meet rigorous standards for quality and safety. Her commitment to excellence and deep understanding of the regulatory landscape makes her an invaluable asset to any healthcare team.
